Get more Google reviews without sounding salesy.

A DIY playbook for electrical contractors: clean up your Google Business Profile, ask for reviews the same day a job ends, and keep the listing fresh in about an hour a week. No agencies, no ranking promises, no software to install.

What’s inside

Checklists, scripts and a routine.

  • GBP cleanup checklist
  • Review ask scripts
  • Weekly posting cadence
  • Monthly scorecard

Who it's for

Owners who can spare about an hour a week.

Owner-operators and small electrical shops who want better reviews and a cleaner Google listing, and are willing to do the work themselves with a clear order of operations.

Not for done-for-you posting.

If you’d rather we handle the weekly posting and review reply drafts for you, the Maps & Reviews Plan is the done-with-you option. One link, no pressure — the Playbook is the DIY route.

What's inside

Four working parts, one routine.

Everything in the Playbook is built to be used on a job site schedule, not studied like a course.

GBP cleanup checklist

Photos, services, categories and hours — the public basics that decide whether your listing looks trustworthy before anyone calls.

Review ask scripts

Text, email and in-person wording to use the same day a job ends. Ask every happy customer — no incentives, no gating, no pressure.

Weekly posting cadence

What to post and how often, in plain terms. This is a maintenance habit, not magic SEO.

Monthly scorecard

Reviews gained, reply rate and profile fixes on one page so you can see whether the routine is actually moving.

What you will do

A four-week outline.

The Playbook is organized around your first month. After that, the weekly 15-minute routine carries it.

  1. Step 1

Week 1 — Fix your profile

Work the cleanup checklist in order: categories, hours, services, description, photos. Nothing clever yet — just a complete, accurate listing.

  2. Step 2

    Week 2 — Start asking

Send review requests for every job you finish using the same-day scripts, and set the 48-hour reply habit so new reviews never sit unanswered.

  3. Step 3

Weeks 3–4 — Post and reply

One weekly Google post, replies to every review and question, and your first monthly scorecard to see what moved.

Week 5 onward: the routine takes over — 15 minutes a week for replies, asks, photos and one post, and 30 minutes a month for the scorecard. That is the whole system.

What this is not

Said plainly, before you buy.

  • Not tax or legal advice.
  • Not guaranteed 5-stars — reviews are earned; this teaches the ask and the reply.
  • Not “we rank you on Maps.” No ranking, lead or call-volume promises of any kind.
  • Not done-for-you posting. You edit your profile with your own Google login.
  • Not a Google integration, scraping tool or dashboard connected to your account.

Frequently asked questions

How much time does this take?

About one hour a week at first. Week 1 is the heaviest because the profile cleanup is front-loaded. After that it drops to a 15-minute weekly routine plus a 30-minute monthly review.

How is this different from the Maps & Reviews Plan?

The Playbook is DIY — you do the work with the checklists and scripts, buying it once. The Maps & Reviews Plan is done-with-you: we handle the weekly posting and review reply drafts every month. Pick one; they are not meant to stack.

Is it a subscription or one-time?

One-time. You buy the Playbook once and keep it. The only subscription at MasterElectricianHQ is the Maps & Reviews Plan.

Do I need to give you my Google login?

No. You never hand over Google access. The Playbook tells you what to change and when; you make the changes inside your own Google Business Profile.

How is this different from the free GBP Checkup?

The Checkup is a free score: it shows where your profile is weak. The Playbook is what you do about it — the cleanup checklist, review ask scripts, posting cadence and monthly scorecard. Running the Checkup first is recommended, not required.

How do I get the Doc after paying?

After payment you'll land on a thank-you page with your access link, and we'll email the same link to the address you paid with. That delivery switches on together with checkout.

What about refunds?

Refund terms will be shown at checkout when it goes live. We are not writing refund promises into this page before the checkout exists.
