One-time DIY purchase

Run Local Services Ads without guessing.

A DIY operator playbook for electrical contractors: decide if you're ready, set up the account right, and run a weekly routine for leads and disputes. Google sets LSA eligibility — this playbook doesn't bypass Google's rules, and it doesn't promise jobs.

What’s inside

A fit check, a setup list and a routine.

  • Fit check
  • Setup checklist
  • Weekly operator routine
  • Dispute / chargeback scripts
  • Simple scorecard

Who it's for

Shops ready to run LSA themselves.

  • Licensed electrical shops ready to spend on Google Local Services Ads.
  • Owners (or an office lead) who will check the LSA inbox every day.
  • Shops that want a routine they run themselves, not an agency retainer.

Who it's not for

Not a shortcut, not a service.

  • Shops that don't have license and insurance paperwork ready yet.
  • Anyone who wants us to run the ads for them.
  • Anyone expecting guaranteed jobs or a set number of leads.

What's inside

Five working parts.

Built to be used between jobs, not studied like a course.

Fit check

Should you run LSA yet? A short, honest check on license, insurance, capacity and budget before you spend a dollar.

Setup checklist

Profile, services, service area and budget — in order, so the account is set up the way you actually work.

Weekly operator routine

Leads, disputes, business hours and photos. A repeatable check you can run in one sitting.

Dispute / chargeback scripts

Calm, plain wording for disputing leads that don't fit — out of area, wrong service, spam — without burning time.

Simple scorecard

Spend, leads and booked jobs you track yourself, on one page, so you can decide whether LSA is worth it for your shop.

What you will do

A two-week start.

  1. Step 1

    Week 1 — Setup

Run the fit check, then work the setup checklist: profile, services, service area, budget. Nothing goes live until it's right.

  2. Step 2

    Week 2 — First spend + routine

Turn on a modest budget, answer leads fast, dispute the ones that don't fit, and fill in your first scorecard.

After that, the weekly operator routine and your scorecard carry it.

What this is not

Said plainly, before you buy.

  • No lead, booked-job or ROI guarantees of any kind.
  • Not Meta / Facebook ads — this is Google Local Services Ads only.
  • Not “we manage your LSA.” You run the account with your own Google login.
  • Not legal or licensing advice. Google sets LSA eligibility; this playbook doesn't bypass Google's rules.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from hiring an ads agency — or having you run the ads?

We don't run LSA accounts. This is a playbook you run yourself with your own Google login. If you can check the inbox daily and give it about an hour a week, DIY is realistic. If you won't touch it, an agency is the better call.

Does the Google Guarantee mean I only pay for real jobs?

No. You pay per lead, not per job, and Google decides which leads can be disputed or credited. Its terms change, so read Google's own Local Services Ads help pages for the current rules. The playbook helps you dispute the leads that don't fit — it can't promise credits.

Who requires the license and insurance — you or Google?

Google. We don't set eligibility rules or approve anyone. The fit check just helps you see whether you're ready before you apply.
